hi,

i just updated the firmware to virsion 12 on my n 97, it had done a few random crashes previously, hence i thought to check for updates hoping these would be fixed, now it won't turn on... can't call nokia care, no phone (may try finding a pay phone tomorrow), but this ain't good... the update completed fine, closed the updater n tried to turn phone on n it vibrated, but screen remained blank.tried plugging it in and the charging light doesn't even come on...

HELP!!!

goin to bed now, can think in the morning...

Have you tried removing the battery?

 

Have you tried the hard reset? 

 

If that doesn't work then you will have to find a way to contact nokia care.
