wifi connectivity problem in asha 311 of version 5.92 has been resolved by nokia care executives ! now each and every app is working with wifi ! ![]()

Do you mind telling what exactly was done? There has not been any further updates for the device at least, after the recent 5.92 SW version.

what I can tell about the Wi-Fi issue myself is that I have escalated the case to inside Nokia and the product program is studying now how the situation could be improved. But it's clear that any fixes will not happen overnight. It might take some time. If anyone has constructive feedback on issues you are currently facing, that is of course always welcome.
what makes this Wi-Fi issue problematic is that it seems somewhat random. I have managed to reproduce it myself the other day, but the next time I took the exactly same device (it had been powered off in the meantime) and tried again, the issue did not appear... so a temporary fix for the problem might be just to simply remove the device battery for 30 seconds and power on again.

ya i too have checked my software version twice and thrice whether they have flashed it with another one or else the previous one (i.e v5.92) but to my surprise they flashed with the version v5.92 ONLY ......took my phone yesterday morning and kept it under their observation till today evening ... and just returned me .... and each and every app WORKS WELL with WIFI now !!!!!!
the product code of mine is 059Q1N3,and the content code is 059F7M6 having version 5.92 ![]()

and just set wifi first in connectivity menu,yurn off mobile data !!! if wifi is still not working then your money may be deducted due to internet access ![]()

before one month i call by internet many times but now it is not working , it messanging that number busy. tell me what should i have to do .

i dont think so,the INTERNET SETTINGS are the cause for wifi problem !!!! i use my asha 311 via both mobile net at home and wifi in clg...... i turn off mobile data when using wifi and the wifi connects perfectly ! i'm using airtel with mobile office net settings..... with firmware 5.92v !!!
