I recently bough Nokia 5530 XM. Its a great phone but, i am facing a problem with WiFi. Whenever I try to connect to a WLAN network, it connects successfully. But, when I run the Youtube application after connecting to the WLAN network, It connects through my GPRS connection and I loose credit. What should I do?

In the packet-data connections, change from when available to when needed.

In the packet-data connections set the accesspoint to none. Set your apps to always ask before connecting.

Thnx man, always ask before connecting works.  There is one more thing that I want to ask. When I search for Wifi connection it shows so many Wifi connections , for eg Motorola E5, motorola e5 (01), motorola e5 (02) and so on, but they all are actually same. Why is that and is there any solution for that?

Are you in your office or @ home? Delete all defined WLAN accesspoints you don't need.

Open your browser-> settings-> general-> accesspoint.

my nokia 5530 wifi works with other wifi however it will not work in our home... it will say "unable to connect invalid WPA pre-shared key"... but im so sure that the password i entered is correct... please advise... thnx
