I am using Nokia 5800 expressmusic.

I am facing problem while using bluetooth handsfree device. It is properly getting connected and getting paired with the device but while making the call the other end cannot hear my voice but I can hear them clearly. Initially I thought my bluetooth hands free is having problem so I bought another. But the problem was still the same. I can hear from the bluetooth device but the party cannot hear. Then I tried the same bluetooth handsfree with another Nokia 5800 expressmusic and found it working fine.  Is there anyone can help me to solve this issue. The difference between my mobile and other is the software version. I am having the latest version but the other is the first version. Is there any hardware issue or software issue with this? please help me.

Did you check whether the mouth piece of  the Bluetooth Headset is placed accordingly?

By the way what is the Bluetooth Headset model?

hi i have the same problem exactley i am on my third ear pieace now and as you say they can not hear you it is only in my jacket lets 1 meter away max ... my ear pieace is suppost to work on  this phone the nokia 5800 x....m....     HELP

I am having the same problem and its been over 6 months now.... I have done everything from soft reset to total deletion and reload of SW.  I really like my phone (just bought a 16 gb card for it) but cant and wont put up with this much longer!!!!
