Are you referring to the Nokia Battery Monitor application? If yes, you can provide feedback to them to verify your concern. Otherwise, update or re-install the software and check if the error will still appear. Also, to isolate the issue, you can try plugging in your device using other compatible charger. if it's still the same, send in your phone for repair to have it checked.
