Connection problem

My Nokia 2700c can download apps but it doesn't run. It couldn't connect to Ovi stores. The internet connection is terminating in every 10sec if not fetching any data..

Re: Connection problem

have you checked your network carrier data settings, and that if you have a data plan, it is indeed activated? might also be a good time to check if there are any firmware updates available via Nokia Suite. if there are any, please update to the latest version offered. Failing that, you can try re-installing your current firmware, and if that doesn't work, Restoring your phone to factory settings.

Failing that, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care point for inspection: http://nokia.com/support

Re: Connection problem

Hi

Could someone help me. I have this same connection problem with Lumia800, BUT only via secure (WPA2) connection. Without secure connection I have no problem. What I need to do? Maybe my Lumia 800 have some connection settings wrongly?

Thanks!

Re: Connection problem

Hi Tiny_chef

My "connection share problem" is in my Lumia phone side. This is not WLAN router problem.

If I share connection with Lumia without secure connection (WPA2) i can use LUMIA like basestation without any problem and internet connection works fine in my eg. laptop. But when I turn secure settings ON (password needed) in LUMIA i cannot use it like basestation.

So my question is: What kind of setting needed in LUMIA if I want share connection with it? Im very surprised, becouse I can share connection without any problem without  WPA2 settings and it works fine.

Thanks
