I have always been a nokia fan but this new lumia 710 has been a big disappointment.
Even after the 7.8n update it lacks many basic features.

My current problem is I am not able to access the internet by using Docomo gprs.

  1. This phone does not support automatic settings
  2. The manual settings are not working either
  3. Without a data plan activated I was able to use the internet.

    If someone using Docomo has used this phone then please help

the access point for docomo has been changed....just go to settings>Mobile Network>edit APN> then write internethvc. then see whether it is working or not...
