Help! Nokia N95 sync with Vista

Have a new N95. Installed Nokia PC suite (tried both disc and latest web version) connect phone using USB (have also tried bluetooth)

Everthing works fine and phone syncs with outlook etc....

Until I turn my computer off and reboot. Then everytime I connect the phone my computer goes to the blue warning screen and shuts down. Happens everytime tried lots of things....any ideas???

The following is the blue screen info didnt get all the numbers and letters from the bottom bit. I have since been on with Norton help and they could not help!! when norton 360 is not installed I have no issue. tried switching everything off on norton but this does not help....

'A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

if this is the first time youre seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps.

check to be sure you hae adequate disk space, if a driver is identified disable the driver or check with manufacturer for driver updates, try changing video adptors.

Check with your hardware vender for any bios updates. Diable Bios memory options such as checking or shadowing. if you need to you safe mode to remove or disable component. restart your computer press F8 etc.....

STOP! 000007600 (0xFFFFFC000)..........loads of numbers and letters can gets these if it helps

Hi,

I was unable to find that particular stop code. Anyway, most likely a driver problem causing a windows crash.

Have you run a Windows Update on your computer? There has been many fixes for Windows Vista solving this type of crashes. For example, January/08
