Hi,

I using Lumia 800 with Airtel connection. Airtel provides DTMF services wherein you check you account balance on screen.

e.g. 

To check balance just dial *123#, then it will return balance details on screen.

Also it provides menu based service e.g on dialing *121# then it will return a menu from there you can select next option e.g. reply 1 to check your plan.

The same is working on other old Nokia models.

Kindly look into this, it looks like a bug.

There can be an issue with USSD where there is "interactive" menu as there is nothing that you can trigger to bring out the keyboard for input in windows Phone 7.5, but results can vary between operators with for example 02 in UK and AT&T "Star services" you need to press CALL to send the USSD.

Hi,

When we dial *121# we DO press CALL to send the request. But then the pop says press Exit to display the main menu (as on any other mobile) but then upon exiting (even tried without exiting) the main menu never gets displayed. This is happening ONLY on Nokia Lumia phones

I am also facing same problem, with airtel prepaid connection of Gujarat Circle. Data services are working perfectly but these services are not working (*121*2#) etc etc

Earlier i was using DoCoMo, for Maharashtra circle, ussd was working but data services were pathetic eg for whatsapp

Please give resolution !!!
