I purchased the lumia 800 about 11 months back. Since then I was facing problems with the messenger in the >Messaging>Online
I am not able to connect online most of the times. But when I put the phone for charging and then try connecting online it gets connected instantly. I don't understand if it's a problem with the WiFi or the phone.

When I use the camera with the flash light, the images are sometimes green or yellow or blue. Don't know the reason. Is this a prob. or just normal.

And my lumia 800 charging lasts only for about 10-12 hrs. with normal use and for about 5 hrs. with WiFi.

One major problem is when I listen to music and browse the net the phone gets stuck. This has happened to me everytime I use music and browse the net. And always I have to restart my device.

Please suggest me if these are problems with my device or they are just normal. And if I should approach the Nokia care center for these problems.

Sounds like problems with your phone. You could try a reset first and if that doesn't work, then try your local Nokia Care Point. Remember to backup your data before resetting. You can locate your local care point using the link below.
