Does anyone know if Integral memory readers and if Kingston memory sticks are supposed to be compatible with the Nokia E7? I've tried numerous times to backup memory using these items but my E7 freezes during the formatting process. They then become corrupted and won't format again with further attempts

If you are referring to using USB OTG with CA-157 cable sometimes the cheapest pendrive work, whereas more expensive ones with software pre-installed such as Sandisk are not recognised.

The card readers I attached to the USB connector supplied with the smartphone are INTEGRAL™ Micro USB and INTEGRAL™ USB 3.0 Super Speed. I inserted SANDISK® MicroSDHC™ (16 GB) and SANDISK® Mobile Ultra™ MicroSDHC™ (16 GB) memory cards into them. The memory stick I used was the KINGSTON® TECHNOLOGY DataTraveler® 101 USB 2.0 (32 GB)

Sorted. I found out that if I move all the accessible data from the phone memory into the mass memory, then the backup process works

guys ma phone gives a notification to remove my memory card safely when i accidentally drop my phon from tym to time.......i din find any option to remove the card safely....my phon is nokia 500...i need help
