Mobile data problems asha 306

I have a problem with the mobile data. The problem is not that it always uses mobile data but, I want use it cause i got 2GB free internet and 1000 free text messages. Everytime I turn the Wi-Fi off and the mobile data on and I try to load a page it says that it can't reach the server. Please help.

Were you able to use the Mobile Data at any time in the past or the problem is from Day 1 ? Hope the Access Points Settings are correct.

..also, Did you try not switching the WiFi OFF but going far away from its range and see if it makes any difference...? ..and, does this message appear for particular sites only for ANY site that you load ..?

 

BTW, as far as the Free SMS quota is concerned it will make no difference whether you are connected thru' WiFi or Mobile Data ..

1. It is a day 1 problem.
2. With acces points do I need?
3. Yes I switched it off and tried at school.
4. It appears on any website.

Think its WHICH and not WITH ..

Seems you need to set them. Request your Operator to send the Access Points Settings. Normally these are sent thru' SMS. When you receive, open the message and select SAVE. 

Now, try again ...
