Sorry but it may not be compatible with the Nokia Suite but Yes.. If what you mean is a USB Dongle then it may connect to the PC ..You may refer Pg. 41 of the User Guide ..but Software Updates will not be allowed thru' BT. It requiers a more secure connection like the USB cable which the phone is not equipped with ..

as far as I know, the 110 receives updates over the air as it is not really designed at that price point to be used over USB in Nokia Suite.
