Hi! I have Nokia 500 and I update it to belle but facing problem to connect wifi, my phone shows that wifi is connected but when I start browsing, my mobile service provider start charging internet charges as no other internet service is available and my sim is used for internet access and when I again check wifi connection is still shows connected. What do I do

Check the settings tab on the internet application to make sure it's showing as "Internet" as your access point.

I already done that but I think there is some problem with the Belle software Nokia have to resolve that soon

Check all your apps which connect to the internet, one of these may be set to bypass the local settings and connect direct to your GPRS.

Other option is to restore factory settings and then re-instal your apps making sure that you check the connection settings for each.

I updated my Nokia 500 to SO Belle and now, in connectivity I just see WiFi but not WLAN like in the SO Nokia Anna.

Is that normal?
