You need to contact your Operator and get the Plan activated for this .. Once activated, request the Operator to send the Access Point settings. These are normally sent thru' an SMS. On receipt, open and select SAVE. You should be able to surf the internet now ...

Well, Hi! I own up a NOKIA C3-00 device n when i try to access some apps using Packet Data, it keeps me waiting n ends up saying, "No Network Connection" or something similar. Well, these days, me ain't havin no calculator, communities, default apps, or ovi store.
The thing i need most is the internet problem. But, if i'd the solution for the other problem too, i'd truly be grateful.

Thank you for posting and welcome to Nokia Support Discussions! 

If you are using cellular reception, but still can not connect, please check that you have the correct access point on your device. Select Menu > Settings > Connections > Access point; Choose your operator access point.

What we recommend you to do is also call your network provider and they should be able to resolve this for you.
