I have Nokia x6-00, which I was able to connect to bluetooth audio device (nokia bh-214 &  sony ericsson hbh-is800), but after i updated my device to latest version 40.0.002 it has stopped detecting both  these audio devices.

I did a quick check and I am able to use sony ericsson hbh-is800 with a nokia 97 mini. So I think the problem is with the update or some phone setting.

I am facing the exact same problem with my X6 after update to 40.0.002. Did you find a solution for this problem.

No. I guess nobody on this support to help us.

It has been a miserable experience with nokia off late for me. Now I am not able to update nokia suite on my laptop. This is really pathetic.

i have the same problem too.

after update to belle on my n8-00 my headset bh-504 did not connect.

i see the phone in my coupled devices but it sais it is connected last time (before the update). i cannot remove the old connection and this leads to the actual situation that i cannot connect to my headset in any way i tried!

help!! what to do next to get my headset back?
