i cann't connect to any other device than nokia. " Unable to connect" pop up. Restore factory settings doesn't work. Please help.

Hi saikat505,

 

Welcome to the Nokia discussion boards!

 

What are you exactly trying to connect to with your bluetooth? Also, you will have to make sure that your bluetooth profile works with the profiles on the other devices that you are connecting to. Mismatched profiles will not connect and won't allow transferring data of any sort.

 

Please provide more information to allow a solution to be provided from the community.
