I want to ask what is the difference between CA-42 and CA-53, and can i use this two cable to connect to the internet.

ca-53 is cable for phones that are real usb devices.
ca-42 is for phones that are seen by windows as serial port devices(although physical connection is usb port in pc). the ca-42 contains imbedded firmware in the cable that does the serial port/usb emulation

DKU-5 in to CA-53

Don't think it will be possible due to hardware differences.
