Hello sir ..

                    recently  I' ve a problem with internet connection after the Phone format ( *#7370# ) .. In the phone browser i am trying to connect internet it says that " Connection not available ".

but after the Hand reset the Net connection is connecting . after restart the phone says connection not availble ..but inter connection to my lap top is working with blutooth...

Please Give any suggestion to get internet connection in phone browser...

Not sure what you really mean.. a bit confusing..but request your Operator to send fresh settings for the Packet Data / GPRS .. and when you receive the SMS with this settings open and then select SAVE.. Then try again...

Before saving the new settings go to Menu-->Settings-->Connectivity-->Destinations.. and erase all existing Access Points (if any)..

i'm also facing same problem. i tried reinstalling nokia C5-00 software through nokia ovi suite. problem still persists.

Goto-Settings-put ur operator manual-goto connectivity-defintions-internet-select-use access point automatically-click on options-advance sett -click-network type- IPV4-proxy sever( None)-port -( write 0 ok)

Switch off ur device for 1 min and restart ok then open ur browser net will oen if u face same problem contact for information to ur service provider ok

Did you try after re-installing existing software without restoring setings to device?
