i have trying to switch on my bluetooth but when i try it doesn't turn on also my radio dies not work

Check whether the phone has the latest Firmware. If 'No' then update it.. If 'Yes', re-install the existing version. You may do either of this thru' the Nokia Suite. If the problem remains, then most probably its an Hardware issue that needs to be attended by a Nokia Care technician ..
