my previous paired device (laptop & mobile x2-02) still works but other mobiles fail to pair wigh my n8. My bljetooth is ON,VISIBLE & REMOTE SIM Off. When trying to pair from my NOKIA XM5800, it shows the passcode page, then after passcode input says UNABLE TO PAIR WITH N8. Pairing is still working with my laptop and anogher mobile which was previously paired. Pairing still fine with my laptop and even co ects to internet tnrough nokia suite. Only problem is oghers can't pair with my n8 and my n8 cannog discover new devices. HELP

Welcome to Nokia discussions board! 

 

In order to fix this issue, I advise you to perform a soft reset on your phone: type *#7780#. Default lock code is 12345. If the issue persists, perform a hard reset. First of all, back up your data using Nokia Suite (Tools > Back up). Once your data is fully backed up,  type *#7370# on the keypad. 

Alternatively, you may also check for updates on Nokia Suite (by going to Tools > Updates).
