i used nokia 2730c but browser not open i push the botton but not open. please give me answer

Reset your 2730c to factory default as described in the manual.

Not opening the browser is caused that the software problem of the phone... u need to change the present software version of your nokia phone...to change the nokia software some instructions have to followed..

1. Download latest nokia PC suite.

2.Install the nokia pc suite.

3.when u run the pc suite after installation...u will see the "software update" in the menu.

4.Now connect ur phone through data cable.

5.Then click on the software update.

6.install the new software by following instruction.

7.So you get new software to your phone..and all applications must be works well.

If u update ur software in any mobile repair shop then it will never open. Then go to nokia care and update it because its authentication certificate is deleted.

Other option go to ur setting >configure sett.>select ur default sett.>personal sett>select accespoint(in access point setting change name in ur default operator(like aircel,airtel or other the sim u have inserted)>change it apn according to its operator like aircel or some thing then activate it ,it will work

Try to update the software of your device using Nokia Suite. Before updating, it's recommended to backup your phone content with Nokia Suite. These can be restored once the update is complete.

2. Connect your phone to your PC via an USB cable and start Nokia Suite.
