when I want to connect to a wlan it says that a connection is allready active and i need to close it to connect but no connection is active.I hard reseted it and puted the new softwere on but still the same problem,can you put a smile on my face?

You've to close (exit) all other apps that need a connection. If you reformat the 5530, you've to replace the backup you made earlier without the settings.

but no app is open?why shouldnt I back up settings when I reformat the phone?

Backing up the settings is a possibility you have. If you replace the settings after reformat, you'll have the same problems you'd before. Set your apps accesspoints to always ask before connecting.

now it connects to the internet(after reset) but tere comes a message that says WEB:no gatewey reply.What should I do now?

Turn off power saving in the advanced settings of WLAN.

Hm. Delete all WLAN accesspoints. Open the default browser, search WLAN, connect to your accesspoint and fill in the WPA/WEP passphrase if needed.

ok,now when I connect to the wlan it doesnt connect, but the icon for wlan is in the top left corner so when i try to connect it again it says that a connection is open and I need to close but there is no connection open.If I connect over the browser then it just says:connection not avalivable.

Com on? Oke, boss. I begin to think it's not your 5530 but your router or accesspoint. Check for MAC filtering and reset the router/accesspoint. If that doesn't work, we run out of options and you've to think bringing your device in for service.

its not the acesspoint.It wont work on any acesspoint
