Is there a way to use only WiFi for internet / OVI store / Community connections always? And Never use GPRS / EDGE at all?
(i.e) Is ther a way to disable GPRS and EDGE without affecting WiFi in Nokia C3-00?

I do not have any option called as "Destination" in Connectivity settings.
Is this available on a newer firmware of something like that?

ng85.. Your solution seemed to work partially.
However, After adding new accesspoint (dummy) and activating them, I cannot activate the dummy accesspoint that I created as it does not show up at all.
I deleted my default config setting "Idea" from the default config setting though. I just need to try now to access internet only thru wifi and check that GPRS/ EDGE is not getting used at all.

I am very very very very thank you . I bought yesterday c3. When i was using ovi store. I connected wlan. But my carrier was giving me message about balance. I was so frustrated and couldn't find any solution. I did add Access point and My web. But didn't activate in all applications.
Thank you very much for clear soluition.

Try the following steps:
You can set the WLAN or Wi-Fi to the highest priority so it will not connect to GPRS. To do this, go to Menu > Settings > Connectivity > WLAN > Saved WLANs > Select which WLAN that you want to connect > Options > Organise priority.
Once done, set the packet data connection to when needed. This settings will establish a packet data connection when needed by an application. The connection is closed when the application is closed. You can set that by going to Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Packet data > Packet data connection > When needed.
Hope this helps. ![]()
