Go to your apps folder tap and hold.

then it is a java s40 and no need of installation. So the app can be deleted directly from the phone.

oh sorry amairsohail699 i was mislead, that is s60. Install netqin mobile guard to completely uninstall it.

first press 'c' and try uninstalling, if it fails then try uninstalling from settings - installed apps. If it also fails, download netqin mobile guard or netqin antivirus from netqin.com and there u will find application list and uninstall from the list.
