Hi

 

Can anyone please help with this:

 

When I access Apps>Tools>My Nokia

 

It says:

Unfortunately, this service is not available in the language of your mobile phone.

 

And subsequently I can't disable tip alerts. The latest tip was:

 

"Tip: Get the latest software"

 

Which I already have! These pop up randomly on the home screen and are really frustrating. I've tried all languages to see if that fixes it. Does anyone know how to help?

PS Nokia Support via phone are useless, I've rang twice about this same error!

Thanks but how does that help me with my problem on my phone though? They are tips that appear on the home page with a light bulb not via SMS.

I kinda have the same problem on my Nokia N8 I try to turn on tip alerts but it says my language is not supported? English not supported really? Or is it my phone i got it new from simplyelectronics thought it was a UK site but they sent me a non UK Nokia N8 found out the product code is Cambodia is this why my Nokia app wont work?
