I am also facing the same problem. Initially it was the low memory problem. Then I took the phone to nokia care and got serviced the same. Last month it automatically prompted me to update the software. Thinking that Nokia identified our issues and provided us with a better s/w. But unfortunately the new s/w is worse than the previous. Sometimes touch is not working properly. Mobile become slow and to be the hell with it Bluetooth can't be switched on, OVI browser not available & most of the applications including facebook stopped working.
Dear Nokia team do you have any plans to withdraw this product and refund our money. At least do it for this time. Next time onwards we will not make the mistake of buying a Nokia phone just by looking at its brand.

If reinstalling the firmware is not solving the problem then you will have to visit the nearest Authorized Nokia Care Centre.

Previous versions of the firmware were fine, but since the upgrade to 07.48 I have lots of problems were the bluetooth bug is the most anoying. I hope a new version will be released soon to fix these problems.

Due to the problems with software & touch screen, i had reinstalled the software many times, resetted the fatory settings many times and finally I took the same to the Nokia care centre at Chennai. They informed me that the touch screen pad needs to be replaced. As they dont have stock for the same they asked me to call up them after 20 days and check up whether the spare is available and then submit the same for service.
Once the touch is working the phone is absolutely useless. By the response from Nokia care they always want us to have a spare mobile while using Nokia. Then why at all we should buy Nokia. I ahve sent a mail to contactcenter.india@nokia.com for which no response at all.
Dear friends why should we buy nokia and support them. Look around the posts here. Nokia is not at all bothered about the problems that we face after we buy there phones. Google it, phones like samsung, htc etc doesnot have any such issues that prevents you from making any calls. The problems with my phone is preventing me from even making a call as the touch is not working.(The phone is only 6 months old)

7.48 is the worst version ever before. The blutooth is not functioning. Also suggesting some other upgrades for next version :
1. The cell info display vanishes after SIM-2 is used for call. This display should be constantly visible for SIM-1. Also it will be good, if it will available simultaneously for both the SIMs.
2. Touch-screen is malfunctioning.
3. Introduce streaming.
4. Community does not update automatically on home-screen.
