HI,

I have bought C2-03 and installed new 4 GM Memory card and restore the backup of 2 GB card which was come with the phone but i am unable to get preinstalled application Like- Converter, Memorize, Music guss, Nature Park, Picture puzzel etc. Its showing- "Application not found on this memory card.Insert original memory card." . I have searched these application in OVI store also but not found the same. Can anyone help me to get them in my new M-Card bcoz no one can just have 2GB card in a phone which supports 32 GB.

I have exactly the same problem. I bought the C2-03 yesterday, having read the product description on the Nokia site. I need a mobile with 2 SIMs, as I frequently work abroad and use my home SIM and local SIM. Previously I had to have 2 mobiles. I also wanted Nokia Maps app. But when I inserted 16 Gb micro-SD card, OVI Suite Maps told me that it could not open Maps folder and C2-03 does not create one on new memory card. Everything works fine with original 2Gb card. Why claim that it is possible to use up to 32 Gb card when the software refuses to recognise it? This need an URGENT response from Nokia.

Thank you very much. This link did work and hope the Files will solve my problem - I did delete some installed app files so two apps that is Communities and Web Search stopped working.

Sadly it did not solve my problem. The apps on my set are different. I thinks specific to my region. These included "Web Search" and "Communities" amongst others. Can anyone help.

The apps web search and communities are installed in the phone memory... If you accidentally delete it... You can restore it by reinstalling your firmware by using nokia ovi suite under tools and software updates... Hope it helps you

My Nokia C2-03 is DEAD. It stopped working while I was reinstalling the firmware from Ovi Suite. It is not getting powered on. Is there any way-out !
