hi friends i was too facing the same problem its main solution is to update the phone software you can update your phone software using your pc download nokia pc suite then connect your phone through usb then go to File>update phone software it downloads the nokia software updater its about 50-55mb only then install it.
it checks your phone for software updates update your phone software through this!
CAUTION
o not remove or unplug your usb till the software downloads and installs on the phone....
me too facing this problem...i m very much disappointed by this phone..
