after I updated the software hp to v 08.63, I could not open the OVI Store and third party applications. When i open OVI store then will appear the message "Conflicting applications. Show Items?" when i select "yes" will appear only a blank screen. when i open third-party applications will appear the message "Application Error" when selecting "details" will appear "Class Not Found

Man, I've the same problem and Nokia seems not to have a solution yet. ¿Did you found a solution?

I have got the same problems. my phone display Confict apps and show blank screen after i choose Yes. after update firmware to 8.63, I can't delete some messages unfortunetly, my phone usually restart automatically, especialy when keyboard locked. I don't believe in the Nokia Care services here, they're only re-install firmware, certainly unable to solve these problems How to fix them???

I have the same problem. Nokia needs to fix this soon. Using facebook on my phone was the main idea for me buying this.
