C3-01 camera failure

C3-01 Camera failure, I get the message "operationfailed" when I try to turn on the camera. Any hints? I have tried all the easy ones, s/w update, reboot, taking out the battery etc.

Take device to a nokia care point,there is no other option.

If  i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.
