sounds like something wrong with the phone. have you checked via Nokia Suite on PC if there are any firmware updates available for the phone? if there are, please update to the latest version offered. failing this, you can try re-installing the current firmware thru Nokia Suite, and if that doesn't work, then Restore the phone to factory settings.
Failing the above, will need to take the phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
