A new firmware version for Nokia C3-01 RM-640 device variant has been released.

Changes I found -

1. Date & time zone available by cities.
2. When browsing (with network set to 3G only), the device connects via 3.5G. But if I pause to read a page, the icon changes from H (connected to 3.5G) to G ( connected via 2G). Is it to conserve power in idle screen because as soon as i click on a link it switches back to 3.5G connection?

Changes mentioned in Nokia Suite -

1. Performance & usability improvements.
2. Better Applications. (?) (Found no new application)

Not Fixed -

1. FOTA is still disabled.
2. Marking in messages still not available.

I know what those symbols mean. But on 3G mode the network cannot switch to 2G. So my guess is that when the network activity is idle, it just conserves power.

Chat application in messages is not working when updated to 7.51...

Google Talk in chat app works fine in my device atleast for now.

The phones 7.51 firmware update is good

but it can update even more

not all the themes are suported by the phone 

when i set a new theme the time in the menu is not displayed and the background image is not fully covered

can give update features like
copy paste in messaging
changing lock screen wallpaper
themes are not working well as the time in the menu screen is not working
can add skype app in the market
