C3 MMS settings: can someone post theirs (preferably CDN)

Could someone do me a favour, I lost the MMS settings in my C3 here in Canada, now I can't send or recieve multimedia messages.  Doesn't matter what countrry you live in, any hints will help me get closer to finding mine, but canadian users on Rogers would be perfect!

Can't Rogers send you the settings ? Did you call them up and requested them ? You may also get the settings on their Website ...
