my C5-05 phone is having a mark on the display , inwarranty given for repairs replaced the display by ur service centre still the problem persist, they said they are sending the phone to company for repairs .& it may take some time .can i know the details. your service entre at cchinchwad (SKYLINK) has co-operated with me ,their service is also good .

This being a User-to-User forum, you need to contact the NCC only for any status update ...or ask them the contact details of the place where it is sent for repairs and then get the info from there ...
