I bought one more C5 today and when I try to connect it to the pc via pc suite it says  "Pc suite support installation failed" , I tried everything from reinstalling pc suite on pc, resetting phone but nothing working to let me restore the contacts from my previous C5 through Pc suite

Nothing useful here, any other idea ? Is there anyone from nokia to resolve it ?

My recommendation is to get new nokia pc suit from the internet. There is new version. 7.1 .60 . Otherwise you can move to ovi suite . You can get its new version from the internet. My idea is that ovi suite is the best.

I have already the latest version of  both Pc suite &  ovi suite , also I'have updated phone software. I tried all i can but nothing

Try this. Go to Menu- Settings- .....- connectivity- USB cable. And change it to pc suit mode . Cover that try to connect your pionei.(..... =I don't know the correct path) you have to find it out.

thanks I know that, I have done all that before and it didnt worked.

I tried to connect it onto another pc and it worked there and it's working now on my pc too, I have two c5 earlier one gets recognized as soon as I plug it, but the new one takes time and sometimes is recognized as an mtp device,  I uninstall and reinstall pc suite and connected the new c5 first and it still took about a minute to get recognized and my old c5 it got recognized as soon as I plugged it in. .
