C6-00: unable to use it as BT PAN Access Point?

Hi,
I can't use C6 as BT PAN AP. Is this essential functionality not available?

 

I hate using mobile as a modem, BT PAN Access Point is so much easier and worked even with my old good 6300 like charm.
