can someone help about this problem. its always showing every 10 seconds, then sometimes my phone is restarting, even hanging, and now it is not turning on. But when i connect my phone to PC, the phone runs normal, and PC is not detecting it. sorry for my bad english.

I have same problem. I am went to NOKIA CARE . there are charge Rs 1500/=my problem is not solved.


You may do so by doing the steps below:

1. Go to the phone's main screen and press *#7370#.
2. You will be prompted to restore the factory settings and it will ask for a lock code. If you have not changed the code, the default is 12345.
3. Your phone will automatically restart after pressing the code.
