Whenever I'm browsing on internet, suddenly the browser gets closed.

I have even upgraded my firmware.

Is anyone else facing this problem?

And what is the solution for that?

I have the same problem on my C6, I have the latest updates and have done the *#7320# reset and I have also cleared the cache. It happends both in Nokias browser and in Opera.

Hope someone can come up with a solution on this problem.

if you have updated your firmware to the latest version or performed a re-install of your current firmware and this isn't working, try Restoring your phone to factory settings. If this doesn't work, try performing a three finger hard reset.
