Hi!

I'm having two issues on my C6:

1. In the upper right corner, new message icon is always blining, though I don't have any new messages (I even emptied the whole archive, so the message box is empty now) How to solve it?

2. I can't update my Ovi software - it says operation failed. On the phote it says the softwar certificate is no longer valid. When I change the date settings back (so the phone seems older), it still won't update, with this plain info - operation failed. I can't update maps

for blinking message go to messaging,options then sim messages delete those messages

I DO NOT have the "OPTIONS" at all om my C6-01! Did I delete it? How else can I remove the now annoying blinking closed envelope?

The maximum number of messages are stored on your device. Delete some messages.

I have deleted all messages - Inbox, Sent, Drafts - all of them! BUT I still see the  blinking envelope!!

Did you check for SIM Messages ? (Under Messaging-->Options ..).

If you don't get it in your phone (!!!), you may try the SIM in some other mobile and check for it ..
