C7-00 Camera Settings Do not open

hey techies out there,

 

i'm having problem since this morning with my camera settings dialog box, camera opens fine, even takes pictures, but when i go to options > settings, it hangs there for mere 2 seconds, and return back to my homescreen.

 

I have restarted my device thrice, but problem not solved, please help some1
