i updated my phone and when i go to wifi it says "system error" i cant view any networks or do anything with wifi ?! anyone know how to fix it ?!

I had a problem with WiFi as well, after updating my C7-00 to Belle. First, the password for my WPA connection was lost, and I needed to enter again the pre-shared key. After that, the connection with my router was not possible, until I've disabled the Power saving setting for wifi.

I can't disable it .. I can't enter the menu for wifi or do anything with it.. When I "click" wifi it just says "system error". Anyone knows a fix or did this happen to anyone else ?!

I had the same problem ; I did a factory reset and deleted all data and apps. After that my connections work just fine.

The only solution for you that I can suggest is to back up your data and perform a factory reset with deletion of data. Them reinstall belle. When restoring back up, don't restore the settings of the phone. Reinstall apps which are missing from store. This should help.
