C7 - MMS Problem

I can not send or receive MMS-messages with my Nokia C7.

I already called my Proximus-provider and they told me that the phone has been registered as MMs-allowed.

Configuring the phone by sending muself a MMS first, was not possible, because it's just not possible to sent this first MMS!

I found information on the provider-site to configure the phone manually (APN=event.proximus.be / Username=mms / Password=... / Port=... / URL=....) , but don't know where to fill in this information in my phone....

Can someone help me???.....Please.....????????????

have you asked the provider to sms you the settings? they should be able to send you the settings then you will have to save the message, restart the phone and should work fine then.

Bug in software in C7 - I can send an MMS, but it remains pending in outbox and no delivery report!

how big is the files your sending most networks have a 300kb capacity its most likely not a bug check your settings too

That's depends on your network. Usually smartphones has wizard guide icon inside the phone to define email, GPRS, etc. Try to check it on your phone.
