I uninstaled Microsoft Apps and the Social package from my phone. Now there are updates to those packages, and I am not able to cancel the upgrades. Do I have to look at the update icon for the lifetime of the phone? When installing the Microsoft package, there was privacy agreement, which I declined, but that did not cancel the agreement either. i too have uninstalled Social from my phone and it still shows up whenever i load SWupdate. You can't stop them from showing but it's not a big deal in my opinion.

It is not a big deal, but it sort of defeats the "update" icon purpose, when it's there all the time. Another thing is that I would like to have my phone respect that I don't want social and microsoft **bleep**. Would it be so difficult for the devs to add an option to cancel upgrade? Thanks for your reply, anyways.
