Messaging app on Nokia C7-Belle connects to internet and uploads data

I have Nokia C7, recently updated with Belle OS. Past couple of weeks, I am noticing "Messaging" app connects to the internet and uploads some data. This happens whenever I open Messaging to check my messages with my internet connection enabled.

 

I have checked for Virus/Spyware..etc, but nothing seems to be existing. I have Kaspersky Mobile security. I have also removed the thirdparty app's as well, but still I have the same issue.

 

If I access the Messaging app when my Internet connection is disabled, it will "Mobile Data Off", which means it tries to connect to internet.

 

Am really confused of the whole scenario.

There is no virus / spyware .. Do you have Messaging applications like Whatsapp that always try to remain connected to Internet ..

If you have setup email , it will show up as messaging when it is syncing.
