My C7 freezes and then restarts Help

My Nokia C7 stops working randomly and restarts. I used to be with Symbian^3 then with Anna and then with Belle and now with Belle refresh BUT I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE my phone restarts / first freezes and then restarts/ Any ideas to stop that

Hi!

 

Try to run your phone without a SIM card if it helps - change a SIM card for a new one, the poblem is in your old one.

 

If it not help, back up your data by Nokia Suite (without a settings and apps) and format your device dialling *#7370#  (default security code is 12345). Try also remove your memory card.
