For Ovi Store, goto http://store.ovi.com in your web browser. As for Communities and Chat, these are part of the phone firmware, so if you are having problems, you can try updating your phone's firmware via Nokia Suite or via the device itself. If that doesn't work, then you can try re-installing your current firmware. Failing that, try Restorign your phone to factory settings.
