NOKIA C6 and Garmin Mobile XT

hello
   I recently bought a NOKIA C6 and install Garmin Mobile XT in the external memory. I can note that when this program is installed with my device does not turn on or off while charging that the inserted card. To make any of these operations I have to remove the card on or charge and then insert. Does anyone know anything about this and how to fix?
