A short time ago I bought a Nokia C2-05 to replace an old Nokia 2760. The C2-05 suffers from a clearly weak signal. Indoors, the signal is often disappeared where the 2760 is still two or three dashes and the LG of the roommate reaches full or near full signal. To make a call or sending an SMS I should go to the front of the house, where the C2-05 apparently slowly picks up a signal that gradually increases a little, a few times to full strength. Annoying is that indoors prepared SMS-messages also at the window with almost full signal sometimes only after a minute or two, three is sent. And it could be because of this that the battery needs to be recharged quickly. I use now again the 2760, but that was not the intention. I have the SIM from the C2-05 also placed in the 2760, where he is doing better, and in the LG, where no problem seems to exist. The SIM therefore must be OK. All SIMS are of the same provider. To avoid influence of other devices I disconnected modem and router, but that does not improve anything. Is there a solution or is this behavior inherent to the C2-05?

Thanx for your reply. The firmware has been updated to the latest version.
So it seems that I have to send the C2-05 to a Nokia Service Center.
Read in another forum that somebody else had the same problem. Only after shutting off and on again his Nokia got a signal; I had the same experience.
