Nokia C3-00 Chat Services Problem

In my new Nokia c3-00 When ever i click on Chat-->Get the Latest Chat Services , always says "No Services Available".

Is there any thing that i am missing out.

check with your operator if these services are available.

might also depend on your area's network coverage.

had excatly the same problem in france/ Tried a second operator, connected but only ovi options, no other chat. Back to original operator, never ended to make it work, always "no service available". Now that i am in thailand, works perfectly. maybe linked to the sim card or operator?
